RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging and condition. Gift cards and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return or exchange, please email support@kruisekit.com with your order number and reason for the request. We’ll provide instructions for returning your item.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange accordingly. Items returned in used condition are not eligible for a refund and will be sent back to you.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs, even if the original order qualified for free shipping.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@kruisekit.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

 

Once the item is returned and inspected, we will issue a replacement or refund. Damaged or defective items must be received before a refund or replacement can be processed.
